Sheriff Joe Arpaio At Lancaster's BBQ in Huntersville And in Union County

Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona was at a luncheon event hosted by Jim Pendergraph yesterday in Huntersville, North Carolina. Sheriff Arpaio also attended second event in Union County yesterday evening. The luncheon was held at Lancaster's BBQ in Huntersville. Sheriff Arpaio's arrival caused a stir among some. About 75 people attended the luncheon at Lancaster's BBQ. Jim Pendergraph, former Sheriff of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina for 13 years, enjoyed talking with Sheriff Arpaio of Arizona about similar immigration struggles common to both states and jurisdictions. Both men are looking for the best way to enforce the laws that both states already have in order to decrease spending on immigration. WSOC did a video and article on the visit by the Sheriff Arpaio.
