(Charlotte, NC) – Today, Jim Pendergraph made the folllowing statement after learning about reports circulating from the White House regarding undocumented illegal aliens stating, "I have recently learned of a report being circulated by the White House and Fox News that the Obama Administration and Homeland Security are discussing the possibility of no more deportation of young Hispanics unless they have committed a serious offense. This is a political attempt to garner the Hispanic vote with blanket amnesty, which is wrong. We’re setting a horrible precedent that we will not enforce the laws of this country. We are a country founded upon the rule of law and it is time we elect leaders who are willing to enforce our existing laws, or find ones that will. I am adamantly opposed to any Obama Administration attempts at blanket amnesty for political purposes or garnering votes."
